Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times for are 7–14 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at

Our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this, processing times may be longer than traditional retail shipping

 

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Returns will not be accepted if related to incorrect sizing or satisfaction issues. A sizing chart will have been provided for the products before purchasing. Returns are allowed if due to errors in product shipped or if damaged, etc.
